Sociocracy: We value using sociocracy as a governance structure, a decision-making method that emphasizes collaboration, consent, and transparency, to ensure that all voices are heard and decisions are made with the participation of all members.

Safety: We value the safety and well-being of our youth members, and we will make sure to prioritize their safety in every step of the way.
